In the preliminary diagnosis, staff turnover was evident, which is attributed to weaknesses in the training of skills, incentives and work motivation, leading to the disengagement of collaborators. The objective was established to design strategies for the development of employee talents that contribute to better performance of the position and increase their productivity in legal establishments. The methodology was framed in a qualitative approach, supported by the descriptive method. The population under study included 30 partners of the law firms from whom information was collected through the survey technique using a questionnaire. The results revealed shortcomings in the development of human talent: 70% of employees indicated few possibilities for professional growth, 70% indicated a low level of job stability, 63% stated that they felt unmotivated and 83% showed a willingness to participate in training programs. Consequently, strategies were established that will allow the assessment of intellectual capital, based on strategies for incorporation, placement, rewards, retention and supervision of human talent.El trabajo de investigación se orientó a la mejora de la gestión del talento humano en los Estudios Jurídicos del cantón La Maná, de la provincia de Cotopaxi, que surgió frente a las deficiencias existentes en los procesos de desarrollo del talento humano. En el diagnóstico preliminar se evidenció rotación del personal, que se atribuye a debilidades en la formación de competencias, los incentivos y la motivación laboral, dando lugar a la desvinculación de los colaboradores. Se estableció como objetivo diseñar estrategias para el desarrollo de talentos de los empleados que contribuya a un mejor desempeño del cargo e incremente su productividad en los establecimientos jurídicos. La metodología se enmarcó en un enfoque cualitativo, sustentado en el método descriptivo. La población objeto de estudio contempló a 30 socios de los despachos jurídicos de quienes se recolectó información mediante la técnica de encuesta utilizando un cuestionario. Los resultados revelaron falencias en el desarrollo del talento humano: el 70% de colaboradores señaló escasas posibilidades de crecimiento profesional, el 70% indicó un bajo nivel de estabilidad laboral, el 63% afirmó sentirse desmotivado y el 83% muestra disposición hacia la participación en programas de formaciones.
