| Sumario: | The objective of the research is to design a system of indicators for the measurement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes in the Administrative Management of the District of Education 13d07 Chone - Flavio Alfaro, for which a mixed approach methodology was developed, with the use of reasoning methods such as inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic. In compliance with the specific objectives set, the obtaining of results was carried out in three stages: first, the administrative management of the district under study was characterized, through the preparation and application of a semi-structured interview addressed to the competent authority, as well as the analysis and interpretation of the processes and threads that are executed; then the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes were measured by applying the AVA matrix; the third phase included the realization of an improvement proposal to contribute to the optimization of the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes studied, in which the activities that do not generate value for the institution users were analyzed, in addition, indicators of efficiency and effectiveness pertinent to each activity carried out, were constructed. As a main result, it was obtained that the deficient processes are those of control of goods and transport, whose value-added index does not exceed 50%. It is concluded that the proposed system of efficiency and effectiveness indicators contributes to the optimization of the administrative management processes of the Education District 13D07 Chone. |
