The study was framed within the quantitative approach; the research design was the non-experimental study; for data collection, the survey technique was applied using the questionnaire instrument of 10 questions with multiple choice answers. The population considered for this research was 87 first-year high school students; the sample was non-probabilistic and intentional since the population involved was not extensive, so we proceeded to work with the entire universe. The characterization, elaboration, and application of infographics with interesting, eye-catching, and more didactic content sparked interest in learning. This Biology educational resource was applied from the beginning of the second partial of the first semester until the end of the academic period. Jenny Freire Rivera ENGLISH PROFESSOR C.C. 0604235036Resumen La investigación titulada “Aprendizaje mediante uso de infografías didácticas como recurso educativo de la Biología” tuvo como objetivo determinar la percepción sobre infografías didácticas como recurso educativo en los estudiantes del primer año de Bachillerato de la “Unidad Educativa Fiscal Atahualpa” para mejorar el aprendizaje de Biología. El estudio se enmarcó dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño de investigación fue el estudio no experimental, para la recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de encuesta utilizando el instrumento de cuestionario de 10 preguntas con respuesta de opción múltiple. La población considerada para esta investigación fueron 87 estudiantes de primer año de bachillerato, la muestra fue no probabilística e intencional porque la población involucrada no fue extensa por lo que se procedió a trabajar con todo el universo. La caracterización, la elaboración, la aplicación de la infografía con contenido interesante, llamativo y más didáctico, despertó el interés por aprender.
