Se elaboro un estudio y diseño requerimiento y especificaciones técnicas que amerita la ejecución de este proyecto; La Organización Comunitaria buscará su fuente de financiamiento a través del FISE III, ONGs, o Entidad Gubernamental. Se elaboró un Manual de Operación y Mantenimiento de infraestructura básica en base a los requerimientos que exige esta obra, el buen uso de este manual permitirá dar una sustentabilidad al proyecto.The town of Cacha is identified as one the sectors more poor of Ecuado r with index of needs basies unsatisfied upper to 70 % facts that inpede the developed Socio - economic and improre of the level of life of yours communities. The situation criticism socio - economic of the habitants of the town Cacha ( Cacha Oriental ) requiere the proyect elaboration of develop in bas e to methodology of the FISE – BID, the line of base it will permit to realize the study and design of a project of develop, mark logic and your analysis of introduces front the project. In the index of needs basies unsatisfied ( INBI ) that the populatio n most demand is in the area of health, by that is priority to be attended with the building of a sub - center of health, where it beneficiary most of 3.500 habitants of sector Oriental Cacha. It elaborate a study and design ( planos ) to building of a su b - center of health with every requisition and thecnics specifications that merit this project. Elaborate a manual of operation and keeping of structures basic to sub - center of health in base the requisitions that demand this work, the good use of these ma nual it will permit give a support to project.
