Resumo:Digital marketing has emerged as a powerful tool to promote the sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in a business context where they face various challenges, such as the need to adapt to new technologies and compete with large companies. This research addresses challenges and opportunities that digital marketing offers these organizations to achieve their sustainability. The research methodology used was a bibliographic review consulting electronic sources of scientific journals and statistical reports, which allowed relating the criteria of digital marketing and sustainability in MSMEs in Ecuador. It is concluded that the opportunities that digital marketing provides to MSMEs, specifically those of Quevedo city, are multiple and significant; through the strategic use of social networks, content marketing, SEO and other digital tactics that will promote sustainable practices and foster greater awareness of corporate social responsibility.
