Sumario:The Oyacachi Community is one of the few communities in the Ecuadorean Country which is located in a protected area. It is in the COCA CAYAMBE NATIONAL PARK (PNCC) for this reason its development is limited to its own characteristics of that region and to its regulations that correspond to protected areas which are regulated by this country. Oyacachi is a community that its development is based on traditional economical activities such as agriculture and livestock, other important activities in this area are both farm fishing and tourism; this last activity is considered one of the main activities that will help to the de development of this place.In this study a diagnosis of this area had been done, beginning by establishing the location in the Ecuadorean territory, then analyzing the understanding of some aspects related to impacts consequences, and finally establishing the respective analysis as a result of surveys about positive and negative perceptions, both in the social as well as economic matters as end results of tourism in this location.
