| Sumario: | Potato production has become one of the main agricultural activities that take place inthe sierra region of the country and one of the most widely consumed foods in its many preparations. PRONORT is a micro-company dedicated mainly to the commercialization of potato chola in the Portoviejo canton. The health emergency has motivated us to face new challenges in the marketing channels of all types of businesses. Depending on the need for the aforementioned process, the realization of this work is justified; whose main objective is todesign a business plan. In the investigation, it was considered necessary to carry out a qualitative investigation that allowed obtaining information such as market characteristics, the expected product, preferences, among others. The data search allowed obtaining relevant results for the present work. Thus, it is concluded that the proposal allows strengthening the marketing strategies, which allow maintaining the current market, as well as the progressive growth and future expansion of the Chola potato market, optimizing all distribution channels,offering quality product at a price consumer friendly; and thus consolidate the potato as one of the main ingredients for fast food and prepared food businesses in the city of Portoviejo,Manabí Province. |
