Sumario:The present study talks about the technical analysis and the market study of an investigation project in which the services of Argentine independent designers to Guayaqui city are concerned. The service talks about the confection, advising and design of all type of clothes, which will be offered to the women of the high middle and high status of Guayaqui ciy. The Project begins with a technical study about the amount of equipment that is going to be needed, the necessary human resource and the approximated time of the production process, then you could find the market study and finally a financial study that will allow to determine the economic feasibility of the project as well as the economic and social benefits in a short and long term it will give, justifying the investment expense for its performance. Thanks to the market study implemented, we could establish a potential demand for this product and also innovative service, besides we have determined the different market requirements, as well as the competitor environment and the mechanisms to reach the successfully product introduction in Guayaquil.
