Sumario:This research work studies the fundamentals related to the administrative management of Human Talent and its incidence in the Educational Center Genesis of the city of Quevedo. Educational management is a process oriented to the strengthening of the Educational Projects of the Institutions, which helps maintain institutional autonomy, within the framework of public policies, and that enriches the pedagogical processes in order to respond to the needs local, regional and national educational institutions. The theoretical development is supported by scientific knowledge related to the service education provided by the Genesis Educational Center, the importance of teaching-learning, the primary role of the teacher, the training of human talent; and, as a legal basis, the investigation It is framed in what the Political Constitution of Ecuador states that says that education, inspired by ethical, pluralistic, democratic principles, humanists and scientists, will promote respect for human rights, develop critical thinking, promote civility; provide to skills for efficiency in work and production; will stimulate creativity and the full development of the personality and special abilities of each person; It will promote interculturality, solidarity and peace. The research methodology is based on scientific knowledge documentary and field. The methods used were observation, inductive, purposeful, descriptive, statistical and the techniques for obtaining the information was constituted by surveys, as an instrument of research the interview. The sample size is made up of 60 teachers and 514 students from the Genesis Educational Center of Cantón Quevedo.
