Sumario:Talking about a chocolate plant design involves high quality services which is a challenge. However, projects of this type can help boost economic activity, strengthen employment and ultimately lead to a better quality of life for the population. In order to design a chocolate plant, a SWOT analysis was used to determine the feasibility of implementing the plant. A diagnosis of both internal and external factors for the company was carried out; opportunities and strengths were investigated, to enhance the feasibility of the chocolate plant design.  In the development of the quality management system for the industry to start with quality by governing with the slim systems that will help this company to have an optimal operation and to comply with the norms and quality standards.  The distribution in the plant was determined by identifying the activities and machinery needed in the chocolate process in order to have an optimal process including the productive time for the plant. A financial study of the company's feasibility will be carried out to establish its economic funds, where the IRR, NPV and the benefit costs of the organization are reflected. This project would have a convincing information about its feasibility and profitability.
