Sumario:The society, althrough its history has attributed to the teacher his rol as the unique mediator between student and learning process. It is necessary to show the importance of family rol in the teaching learning process of their kids; for different circunstances the parents have the obligation of make many activities and it comes with absence time at home, causing difficulties with their couples and their kids. This situation ends in family dysfunctionality, affecting in direct way to their kids in psychological, social and academic development, reflects the last one in a lack academic achievement. It is necessary to give methodological skills to the teacher in order the academic process could be successful, with an inclusive education that can help the family. The autor of this research did a mix investigation using interviews, surveys and direct observation, helping in an excellent way to Carlos Matamoros Jara Educative Institution applying a Parents School workshop, its objective is to beat family dysfunctionality and improving the students academic achievement….
