Sumario:It has been found that there are indicators that drive from various levels of the control system, such as training, improvements in its regulation and methodology, establishment of improvements and greater controls in its implementation. The objective was to evaluate the impact of the Compliance Audit in the processes of efficiency, effectiveness and economy of the human talent area of the District Directorate of Education 12D02 Puebloviejo-Urdaneta. The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the most important aspects of the compliance audit, with a perspective of results and turn the compliance audit into an alternative, facing the need to obtain new audit techniques and procedures. That makes the exercise of the control of legality more effective and efficient that adds value for society, through the efficient and transparent use of State assets and resources. The method used to carry out the project has basically focused on the qualitative. To verify the affirmation of the aforementioned objective, a survey of public servants in the administrative, financial and human talent areas has been used.
