Sumario:This work includes three interviews with Guatemalan filmmaker Jayro Bustamante, cinematographer Nicolás Wong Díaz and sound engineer Eduardo Cáceres Stackmann. The three collaborated in the making of the film La Llorona (2019), third chapter of a film trilogy inaugurated by Ixcanul (2015) and Temblores (2019), dedicated to the social and political issues of contemporary Guatemala. The aim here is to explore the creative axes of this triptych by putting into perspective theexperiences and sensibilities of these outstanding figures of Central American cinema.
