This paper undertakes an analysis of the category of quality, as articulated in the «Anticipations of Perception» section, to demonstrate how Kant, by integrating the advancements of infinitesimal calculus and its treatment of variable magnitudes, provides a framework for reevaluating the transcendental apparatus. It is argued that this opening within the transcendental system informed the philosophies of Maimon, Cohen, and Deleuze, who aimed to modify the initial categorial rigidity and enable the transcendental to function as an «intensive spatium». Through a critical examination of the «Anticipations», it is shown that transcendental schematism, rather than being a rigid mechanism of object constitution, can accommodate elements of a «logic of emergence», wherein contingency, non-linear temporality, and intensity play constitutive roles. Consequently, the analysis of the category of quality reveals the hitherto underappreciated plasticity of the Kantian categorial system. La tabla kantiana de categorías en la Crítica de la razón pura, que postula las condiciones a priori de la experiencia posible, ha sido objeto de críticas recurrentes debido a su aparente incapacidad para dar cuenta de la naturaleza dinámica y contingente de la experiencia empírica. Este artículo analiza la categoría de cualidad, tal como se articula en la sección de las «Anticipaciones de la percepción», para demostrar cómo Kant, al integrar los avances del cálculo infinitesimal y su tratamiento de magnitudes variables, proporciona un marco para reevaluar el aparato trascendental. Argumentamos que esta apertura dentro del sistema trascendental influyó en las filosofías de Maimón, Cohen y Deleuze, quienes buscaron modificar la rigidez categorial inicial y permitir que lo trascendental funcionara como un «spatium intensivo». A través de un examen crítico de las «Anticipaciones», mostramos que el esquematismo trascendental, lejos de ser un mecanismo rígido de constitución de objetos, puede acomodar elementos de una «lógica de emergencia», donde la contingencia, la temporalidad no lineal y la intensidad desempeñan roles constitutivos. En consecuencia, el análisis de la categoría de cualidad revela la plasticidad, hasta ahora subestimada, del sistema categorial kantiano.
