The author also refers to the role and possibilities for improvement of the information professional in order to keep abreast of the changes; she then mentions which programs are being set up in the different libraries to incorporate and teach the skills of ALFIN.  Se presentan los puntos más importantes del video conferencia sobre ALFIN, se detalla el concepto, los usos, normas, habilidades, conocimientos y cambios que han ocurrido en cuanto a la alfabetización informacional. Asimismo la autora se refiere al rol  y las posibilidades de mejora del profesional de la información para mantenerse al corriente de los cambios; posteriormente menciona cuales programas se están armando en las diferentes bibliotecas para incorporar y enseñar las habilidades del ALFIN.Apresenta os pontos mais importantes da videoconferência sobre ALFIN, detalhando o conceito, usos, normas, habilidades, conhecimentos e mudanças que ocorreram em termos de alfabetização informacional.
