Una tensión permanente y acentuada entro lo local y lo global,entre lo particular y lo general, una lucha continua entro la promoción del desarrollo y preservación de loidentitario, un mundo cada vez más comunicado, mástecnificado, pero de igual forma, cada vez más pobre,que afecta hasta su desaparición a la naturaleza.
