Descripción
Sumario:Marriage, seen as the union between two people of different sexes, is no longer the only conception we have globally. The evolution of society requires a bigger and more inclusive regulation of the institution of marriage. This article analyzes whether there is a possibility for homosexual people to get married in Nicaragua, based on an interpretation of the Political Constitution, or if a constitutional reform is necessary to regulate this new concept. As well, it is mandatory to take into account the principles of equality and non-discrimination as the basis for this analysis.
