Summary:In this case study, an analysis was made about the energy sources used in Costa Rica for the generation of electricity. Such analysis used its electric model that is worldwide recognized by its production with renewable energies in a high percentage. However, this presents a series of challenges and opportunities that incorporate this form of generation, which must be analyzed in order to obtain the greatest benefits for the country and its population.
