Globalization and the recent pandemic have shown many mental health issues, which became severe in the context of autistic adults. Autism spectrum represents a daily challenge for people in it since this neurodevelopment condition it's known because of the symptoms of the lack of social skills, frequent overstimulation, lack of self-regulation due to difficulties, and problems with communication. A tool made for this objective public seems urgent in nowadays context in order to help autistic adults to inform themselves, regulate themselves and learn to recognize crises with low or any help in daily life. In this project, a progressive web app model will be shown led to help autistic people with the daily crisis that remains silent in order to mask. This project doesn't exclude other forms of neurodiverse mental conditions. The information and methodology given is made based on cognitive behavioral therapy in order to help create new habits, but not willing to replace professional help in any form.Hoy en día, la investigación alrededor del autismo se centra en los niños, dejando a los adultos rezagados en este tema. La globalización y la pandemia reciente han hecho evidente múltiples problemas en el campo de la salud mental y esto se vuelve más grave en el contexto de adultos autistas. El espectro autista representa un reto cotidiano para las personas que lo padecen dado que esta condición del neurodesarrollo es conocida por los síntomas de bajas habilidades sociales, sobreestimulación frecuente, baja autorregulación debido a dificultades y problemas de comunicación. Una herramienta hecha para este público objetivo resulta urgente en el contexto actual para ayudar a los adultos autistas a que se informen, se regulen ellos mismos y aprendan a reconocer las crisis con poca o nada ayuda en la vida cotidiana. En este proyecto, se va a mostrar un modelo de aplicación web progresiva dirigida a ayudar a las personas autistas con las crisis de la vida diaria que se reprimen con el fin de enmascarar. Este proyecto no excluye otras condiciones mentales de neurodivergencia.
