| Summary: | The object of study of the present research is the inclusion in the children's education with educational special needs, from the analysis of the pedagogic practices at Institución Educativa Técnica Agropecuaria Lázaro Martínez Olier from Mahates - Bolivar. With the purpose of strengthen the educational processes depending on, the real inclusion and make effective of the children in conditions of disability and weakness. It is based concerning related to the policies of inclusive education, promoted national and internationally for organizations as: UNO, UNICEF, OEI, UNESCO, ÍNDEX, and LAC. Additionally, the Law supports on the processes national legal from the fundamental rights to the equality dedicated on the political constitution of 1991, the general law of education, (law 115-1994), law 1098 of law of infancy and adolescence etcetera. Through the law 361 of 1997 is an established mechanism of social integration of the persons by handicap, the statutory Law 1618 of 2013, which establishes the regulations to guarantee the compliance of the rights of the persons with disability The educational inclusion has the purpose of recognizing the persons in condition of disability like people of rights.
