We present the first installment of this research.El presente artículo de reflexión que es un análisis socio-jurídico sobre el conflicto de soberanía territorial entre la nación Argentina y el Reino Unido sobre las islas conocidas como las Malvinas por parte de Argentina. La metodología que se ha utilizado es el empírico analítico, de donde la revisión de distintos textos ilustra de manera indirecta la intención del texto, que es el dar a conocer impacto sociocultural de la guerra, como institución aparentemente abandonada del derecho internacional, y principalmente de las naciones civilizadas, como fórmula para la solución de los conflictos entre soberanos. Presentamos la primera entrega de esta investigación.Cet article est une analyse juridique des partenaires sur le conflit de souveraineté territoriale entre l’Argentine nation et le Royaume-Uni sur les îles connues sous le nom Malvinas par l’Argentine. La méthodologie utilisée est l’empirique analytique, où l’examen des différents textes illustre indirectement l’intention du texte, qui est de présenter l’impact socioculturel de la guerre, en tant qu’institution apparemment abandonnée du droit international, et principalement les nations civilisées, comme une formule pour résoudre les conflits entre les souverains.
