Sumario:This article inquires upon which administrative structure is adequate in order to promote the development of flexible and pertinent academic programs in Education, and it is structured on the concept of flexibility, as a prospective and relational principle, which allows us to point out the implications that derive into the design of new proposals for an academic-administrative structure. Likewise, it offers the definition of key concepts which are the axis from which institutional transformation programs evolve.
