| Resumo: | "The present study focuses on supply management for the medium-size company (?SME herein after?) in Colombia (which represent about two-fifths of the country's total companies. However, why just evaluate supply management in the SME. The main reason is based on finding a model adjusted to the needs of this group of companies, which provides a cost/benefit ratio suitable for its size. This will guarantee an efficient investment of resources in tools that generate a benefit for the organization. Therefore, the present work aims to study the tools applicable to improve supply management, to choose through surveys and risk analysis those that best fit the SME, and based on this selection, to design a guide for easy implementation with the key points of execution." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado. |
