Summary:In the following work an applied investigation is developed, following methodological phases for the design of an organizational project management guide centered in portfolio management directed to small technological companies from Bogota. Considering that a good amount of Bogota´s active companies are small, the purpose is to contribute to the perdurability and, once oriented on the organizational project management´s framework, the profitability and commercial growth of these companies increases. At last, this work brings general information about organizational project management focused on portfolio management, obtained by systematic research and expert consultation, and proposes a guide to be applied for small technological companies from Bogota, adapting and lining up good practices and processes for the fulfillment of strategic objectives.
