Resumo:For an economy like he colombian analysis with a model of mark-up and power of wage negotiation endogenous there can be substancial differences in the direction of the effects on it with mínimum wage or efficiency wage without the level of unemployment as a determinant before different shocks. The root of the differences seems to be more the product of the endogenous nature of the mark-up and the bargaining power of the “z” worker´s salary tan of the type of wages or unemployment. Keywords: minimum wage, efficiency salary, labor market.
