Sumario:The purpose of this paper is to analyze current labor relations in the Colombian labor market based on a series of changes called labor flexibility supported in the implementation of different labor reforms that aim to reduce the cost of labor. and thus encourage investment and seek budget balances. For this, a comprehensive literature review is made that allows establishing the link between financialization and labor relations, the figures such as the direct foreign investment of the Bank of the Republic, the employment and unemployment rate provided by the National Administrative Department of Statistics and the number of contracts concluded by state entities obtained from the SECOP I page.
