Sumario:This article intends to present reflections on issues relevant to migration and contemporary movements. The main constitutional protections, international and infra laws that ensure the rights of migrant workers entering the country in search of better job opportunities are highlighted here. Search up also emphasize the protection of fundamental rights and the consideration of human dignity as base principle of this protection. As well as labor mobility reflexes in industrial relations and vulnerabilities which migrant workers are subject, its forms and causes and the necessary resilience to guarantee human dignity. From a methodological point of view, it adopted the inductive method, in addition to review of national and international literature, as well as national and international law, to obtain the final considerations.
