In other words, many researchers of Kierkegaard’s thought recognize this in this theme the first developments of the philosopher’s own “method”. In accordance to that, we intend to do a systematic analysis of theme focusing on a priority basis in his thesis submitted in 1841 at the University of Copenhagen, as the title of The Irony concept - constantly referred to Socrates.Pretende-se analisar a originalidade de Kierkegaard em nos apresentar um Sócrates que não se restringe a uma simples descrição acadêmica dos antigos e múltiplos relatos feitos por seus contemporâneos mais próximos. O Sócrates de Kierkegaard, como aqui chamado, possui a capacidade de seguir “carreira solo”. Em outras palavras, diversos pesquisadores do pensamento kierkegaardiano reconhecem nessa temática o desenrolar do que viria a ser – em futuro próximo – a constituição do próprio “método” de Kierkegaard.
