Descripción
Sumario:This article aims to identify Green IT 4.0 practices that impact sustainability 4.0 based on a systematic literature review, focusing on Industry 4.0 technologies. The systematic literature review was structured based on the Web of Science and Scopus databases. After the initial screening stage, a detailed reading of the selected articles was carried out to ensure that they met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in a compendium of 16 articles. The results showed that Green IT 4.0 practices promote operational efficiency and competitiveness, improve worker safety and training, and favor environmental monitoring, contributing to the reduction of emissions and waste, in line with the concept of circular economy. The study also highlights adoption challenges, especially for the public sector, due to financial barriers and organizational resistance, and the need for public policies and strategic governance to support sustainable development in accordance with the UN 2030 Agenda.
