| Sumario: | This study aimed to identify the contribution of the Paulo Freire’s Pedagogy in the improvement of the Pedagogical Coordinator (PC) actions with the teachers, specially in the designing and implementing of the School’s Political Pedagogical Project. The theoretical background of this research was based in the categories theory and practice, dialog, reality reading, problematizator education and reality transformation, proposed by Freire (1979; 1986; 1987; 1993; 1991; 1996), and represented in a graphic composition inspired in the Freirean conceptual schemes presented by Saul (2013; 2017). The investigation methodolgy has a qualitative character and intended to obtain the data through interviews PCs from Public Schools of Sao Paulo.
