Resumo:The present study aims to show the public defender's institution duly captained in the Federal Constitution to give access to justice to the needy, so declare yourselves, and do not have conditions to establish private lawyer without the commitment of their own livelihoods, reaching, obviously, people who live in street situation, which most often are ignored by society as a whole , passing by unnoticed or even to be labelled in invisible. We will discuss the three waves if designed for access to justice, as well as highlight the obstacles.
