| Sumario: | The purpose of this dissertation is to obtain defects solutions in Field Theory. Topological defects are localized solutions with finite energy. We begin the discussion formodels with one real scalar field with standard lagragian in (1+1) spacetime dimensions. We generalize this formalism to obtain field equations for models with no standard dynamics. Solutions of generalized models are called k-defects and are distinct of the solutions of the standard model. |
