These animals exhibit constant coxofemoral articulation abduction, and their pelvic limbs move caudally and laterally. This case reports a litter of three crossbreeds kittens (26 days old) with swimmer syndrome. Each animal was treated with physical therapy and shackle bandages that kept their pelvic limbs bent and close to the body. After seven days, all of the animals exhibited normal ambulation, indicating that this treatment had a curative effect on the kittens.Unesp, Jaboticabal, SPUniversidade Federal do Pará, Castanhal, PAUniversidade de Uberaba, Uberaba, MGUnesp, Jaboticabal, SPUniversidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA)Universidade de Uberaba2014-05-27T11:30:39Z2014-05-27T11:30:39Z2013-09-03info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/article705-709application/pdfhttp://dx.doi.org/10.1590/S0102-09352013000300014Arquivo Brasileiro de Medicina Veterinaria e Zootecnia, v. 65, n. 3, p. 705-709, 2013.0102-09351678-4162http://hdl.handle.net/11449/7651210.1590/S0102-09352013000300014S0102-09352013000300014WOS:0003220267000142-s2.0-848831504962-s2.0-84883150496.pdf5604409973209376Scopusreponame:Repositório Institucional da UNESPinstname:Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)instacron:UNESPporengArquivo Brasileiro de Medicina Veterinária e Zootecnia0.2860,248info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCardilli, D.
