Descrição
Resumo:This article presents part of the research entitled "Multiprofessional Residency in Health and Social Work: theoretical and political-pedagogical mapping", carried out between 2017 and 2018, by the Study Group and Researches of Fundamentals of Social Service (GEPEFSS), Faculty of Service Social / UFJF. The debate on teamwork in multiprofessional residences in health is highlighted, through a literature review. Although the interest in the topic is positive, it still lacks theoretical consistency, which impacts on training and health work. Interprofessionalism occurs especially in the context of actions to prevent and promote the health of the population. There are many challenges, and it is clear that not only the desire to build interprofessional actions is necessary, but also the development of theoretical and practical possibilities for doing so.
