Descripción
Sumario:Force plates have commonly been used to measure ground reaction forces. The acquired signals can be used to calculate several parameters for different motor tasks performed by human beings. Therefore, the goal of this tutorial is to present general information regarding the most common force plates, as well as their descriptions in terms of their structures, setup procedures, and signal acquisition, conversion, and export functions. This tutorial primarily provides information for those interested in using force plates to investigate human performances in the fields of motor behavior and biomechanics.
