| Sumario: | This study portrays that the crimes originally dealt with by the monocratic court or court can be appreciated by a sentencing council, depending on their correlation with intentional crimes against life, attempted or consummated, leaving it clear that several factors nucleated and irradiated from concrete cases are filled with interpretive and reactive variables that emerge from the dual system of clashes. The methodology used in the accomplishment of this work was the literature review in books and articles that approach the subject under analysis, allowing to conclude that the supremacy of the verdicts is the cogent fortification of the decision by the Jury Court that, despite the secrecy of the vote by the council of sentence, synthesizes and extracts the rejection or acceptance of the conduct that gave rise to the criminal process; obviously reaching other criminal types intrinsic to those properly assigned to the popular trial session, outlined and conjugated in the complaint and reproduced in the indictment sentence. |
