Descripción
Sumario:This article analyzes dissertations and theses that address evasion and permanence in technical education offered in the Federal Network. The time frame, from 2009 to 2020, covers the studies carried out during the first 11 years of the creation of this Network. The database for mapping was the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. Analysis of the 10 selected studies revealed that stricto sensu postgraduate studies on the topic are recent, intensified since 2014, but still restricted, especially those carried out by Federal Network institutions. All investigations discussed the multiple factors that influenced evasion or permanence, and four presented intervention proposals with a view to mitigating evasion and encouraging student permanence in the researched reality.
