| Sumario: | This study aims to verify the predictive relationships between motivation, organizational identification and turnover intention in the career of military. The quantitative approach was used, with data collection through questionnaires. Finally, statistical analysis was used to analyze the data, based on factor analysis, correlation, multiple linear regression and Teste t. The final sample consisted of 388 military from an institution of the Armed Forces. The results showed that the motivation did not show a significant relationship with the intention of rotation, and only the organizational identification was confirmed as a predictive variable. |
