Descripción
Sumario:The paper explains how to use of Blockchain and Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) for an electronic auction offerin the healthcare supply chain in the Federal Government of Brazil. This is an alternative that is also being proposed in the supply chain in other sectors such as the aircraft components sector. Electronic purchases are increasing in the public sector not only because of the pandemic. In turn, the blockchain is a method of registering electronic business that is being used more and more during and after the pandemic. The health sector purchases standardized products such as masks, vaccines, etc. and can take advantage of new technologies to reduce contract and delivery times while maintaining transparency and security. The results of the analysis show the possibility of using blockchain and buying groups using DAO technology in the world of electronic trading.
