| Sumario: | The aim of the text was to approach the theme based on the concepts of human dignity proposed by Pico della Mirandola, Immanuel Kant and Hans Jonas, seeking to outline an expanded conception of dignity, without the circumscribed qualification of human; searching to expand its limits beyond anthropocentrism, following the path suggested by Jonas in different moments of his work. However, we admit that, given its risky and still incipient character, the venture may not have achieved its objective. Even so, with its publication we hope to expose the idea to the critical that can improve it or, if this is not possible, to demonstrate its non-viability. The text is therefore an open invitation to the healthy exercise of philosophical debate. |
