Summary:In this article aim to explore the potentialities of PhET Simulations, based on the methodologies of Problem Solving and Technological Media, in order to provide an effective learning about Fractions. Develop the research with the presuppositions of the qualitative research in education and the accomplishment of a pedagogical intervention. The study environment was two Support Rooms for Learning in Mathematics, in school counterturn of the 6th Year of Elementary Education. Collect the information with the composition of a logbook, participant observation and written production of the students. The results obtained indicate an evolution in student learning in terms of the established categories: concept, operations and representations.
