Descrição
Resumo:This paper aims to insert the poet Roberto Bicelli in the surrealist tradition of poetry. In order to do so, we try to identify some poetic figures of Baudelairean matrix in the poetry of the Brazilian author, such as those of the flâneur and the ragman. On the one hand, we try to show the place of Bicelli in the generation of authors that includes names like Roberto Piva; on the other hand, the analysis of certain poems by Bicelli in the first edition of his book Antes que eu me esqueça aims to find the implicit and explicit references of canons of the poetry of the 20th century, which will allow us to see him as a poet who is, mainly, an attentive reader of poetry, and not a mere diffuser of canons. This paper wants to show, thus, the historical consciousness and originality of Bicelli’s poetry.
