Sumario:Based on two sets of photographic images, this essay discusses the equivalence between image and landscape, which is very common in educational materials and practices. In parallel, it points to the distribution of the sensible and to the constitution of memories about the places held by the photographs present in the most diverse materials that circulate in our society, whether they were didactic or not. Leading intercessors of ideas are Susan Sontag and Jacques Rancière, as well as postcards and ironic works of political criticism.
