Sumario:We have reached one more edition, and in eighteen years of existence, completed this year, the RDBCI has only to celebrate with the published edition. For the second year of pandemic, we managed to keep the rhythm of online work and improving more and more with the complete edition with the videos edited and published with comments from the authors about their articles. The theme this time, is about the "Panorama of Library and Information Science with the impacts of technological resources in pandemic times". Thus, in this issue we had the publication of five papers focused on Pandemic and COVID-19. As said, for the second year of the pandemic, we saw that both Librarianship and Information Science were indispensable for the support and development of information, and that the impacts of technological resources made a big difference giving continuity to the work that was guaranteed to be done 100% face-to-face, was absorbed and complemented by the online environment, making it possible to do a lot of research.
