| Sumario: | Communication between museum and public takes place in the physical space of the exhibition, but it should not be limited to that place, but to cross that relationship. This article aimed to map the communication process at the Pinacoteca de São Paulo, with special attention to the practices carried out on their social networks, but also at the physical museum, in four exhibitions. It was observed that the new technologies were transformed into communication tools of the museum, but physical strategies need improvement. |
