| Sumario: | This text aims to apply the strategical communication in territorial development, from a perspective of social responsibility of the Externado University of Colombia, applied to its surrounding area: La Candelaria in Bogotá. For this purpose, research work was carried out based on the actors, their current and historical context that allowed the establishment of several communication projects. The research concludes that the integration of diverse forms of communication under a strategic framework of territorial development can offer new ways of construction of the society based on communication. |
