Descripción
Sumario:The word minority refers to a group of people who, in some way and in some sector of social relations, find themselves in a situation of dependence or dependency in relation to another group -majority- both of which are part of a broader society. The Legislative Power is given the typical function of legislating, but in certain cases of omission by the Legislative Power and/or the Executive Power or of non-observance of the fundamental principles of minorities, the Supreme Court must have constitutional jurisdiction with control of constitutionality for the protection and enforcement of their fundamental rights. To obtain these results, an integrated, analytical, and deductive research methodology and a bibliographical research technique were used.
