| Sumario: | This study analyzes the theme of pedagogical praxis in the EJA class, with the aim of verifying the following problem: what are the difficulties faced by teachers in their pedagogical praxis in this teaching modality. As a general objective to carry out research, he set the following: To investigate the pedagogical practice of EJA teachers in the Municipality of Milagres-Bahia. To carry out the study of the subject, we highlight the following specific objectives: to analyze the pedagogical praxis of teachers based on theoretical studies carried out in EJA classes in the municipality of Milagres-Bahia; present a set of propositions to improve the work of teachers who work in the EJA class. The approach used was that of qualitative research, and the strategic procedure was action research, using a semi-structured interview as an instrument. The results presented were the following: the difficulties in relation to the contents, evaluation, methodology and the use of didactic material, organization of the pedagogical practice and the conception of this practice: traditional and innovative. At the end of the research, we concluded that it is possible to turn the school into a space for continuing education. |
