| Sumario: | Describes a study of users aiming at identify relationship between user and Information Retrieval Service of a Pharmacy Laboratory Library, establishing a methodology for verification of potential user profile. A twenty-two questions questionnaire was applied to seventy people, out of that thirty-six questionnaire returned, 51,4% percent of the sample. The results lead to the conclusion that the relationship between user ande Service Retrieval Information is good or excellent. |
