Sumario:This article aims to study the relationship between the organizational performance of Quilombo, SC accounting firms and the entrepreneurial skills of their employees, according to the study by Lenzi (2008). The data for this study were generated in the city of Quilombo, SC, with the employees of two companies providing accounting services. For that, a research was carried out, the material used to collect the data was the questionnaire, where the collaborators had on a likert scale from 0 to 5 points to indicate in which competency they were identified. The result of the research shows the skills that most identify them, being: do things before the requested; they act to reduce risks or control outcomes; they find ways of doing things better and/or faster, or cheaper; they act repeatedly or change their strategy in order to face a challenge or overcome an obstacle; they strive to keep customers happy by putting goodwill first and foremost in the long run; consult the specialists to obtain technical advice in the situation of greater doubts; establish goals and objectives that are challenging and have personal meaning; maintains financial records of such services provided, controlled; they act to maintain relations with customers; and the last two skills that qualify as a draw: maintains the point of view, even in the face of opposition or initially discouraging results; and, express confidence in one's own ability to complete a difficult task or face a challenge.
